2. Our Products
A Little Weather creates personalised letterbox gift boxes designed to provide comfort, encouragement and thoughtful support.
As each box is individually prepared and personalised, variations may occur between products and photographs shown on our website.
Gift contents may vary slightly where an item becomes unavailable. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater quality and similar purpose.
3. Ordering
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where payment has not been authorised or where an error has occurred with pricing or product information.
4. Personalisation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalised information, including names and personal messages, is accurate before placing an order.
We are not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment must be received in full before an order is prepared and dispatched.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges where a customer has changed their mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@alittleweather.co.uk.
Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs of the issue before offering a replacement or refund.
If we determine that the product is faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Product Safety
Some products may contain small items.
Our products are not intended for young children and should be used under appropriate supervision where necessary.
9. Food, Beauty Products and Allergies
Some A Little Weather gift boxes may contain food, drink, beauty or skincare products.
Customers and recipients are responsible for checking the ingredients, allergen information and usage instructions provided on individual products before use or consumption.
While we take care to select quality products from reputable suppliers, A Little Weather cannot guarantee that any food or beauty product is free from allergens or ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities.
If you or the intended recipient have any allergies, intolerances, sensitivities or medical concerns, we recommend carefully reviewing all product packaging before use. If you have any questions before placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to help where possible.
A Little Weather accepts no liability for allergic reactions, sensitivities or adverse effects resulting from the use or consumption of products supplied, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
